MTCC has announced that the renovated section of Ameenee Magu will reopen to the public on Sunday.
MTCC began repairs on the damaged Maafannaa Vee lagoon section on June 15, following severe asphalt damage and potholes.
The project is being completed in two segments, with Segment 1 reopening to traffic Sunday.
Meanwhile, the main asphalt work for Segment 2, including the four corners near the Voice of Maldives, has been completed. Final road markings and other finishing works are underway.
